What happens, when a team does not only speak about sustainability but actively shapes it together?
At the MSM-Sustainability Workshop it became clear, very quickly: Sustainability is not a one-off project, it is a path that we walk together. A path, which combines ecological responsibility with economic reason. At the very beginning we delved deep into the core principles of sustainable action.
What effects do our decisions in procurement, production, marketing and management really have? And where do we have untapped potential?
In interactive discussions, creative group work and with real-world examples the participants developed concrete approaches for MSM. From a theoretical reduction in resources, to actionable ideas leading to circular economy.

This workshop did more than just putting notes on paper:
